How can I change my email address?

This is helpful to change account ownership and comes in handy for situations such as leaving an organisation, or if you want to set RedditMentions up for someone else and then transfer it to them.

To update the email address associated with your RedditMentions account, simply follow these steps:

  1. Send an email from your current registered email address to hello@redditmentions.com

  2. Mention in the email exactly what you want e.g. my-new-email@example.com

  3. Once we receive your request, we'll update your email address and confirm the change.

    All your settings and other information will stay exactly the same following the change, and you can then log in with the updated email address.
